Our Guarantee
We guarantee our merchandise to be free of manufacturing defects and will accept any defective item for refund or exchange. All in-store returns and exchanges of purchases paid for by cash or check and made in accordance with this policy require a government-issued photo ID.
Store Purchases
WB gladly accepts returns of in-store purchases, in the country where they were purchased, of unworn, unwashed, undamaged or defective merchandise for full refund or exchange within 30 days of original purchase. Outside North America, we cannot accept cross-border returns. Requests for refund or exchange of merchandise purchased by cash or check must be accompanied by the original receipt. Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment. Purchases made by check will be refunded in cash. Requests to exchange merchandise received as a gift must be accompanied by a gift receipt. Monogrammed, personalized or sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
