Complimentary Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with every WILLIAM ABRAHAM product that you purchase. If you are not pleased with your purchase for any reason, you may return your order within 30 days from the date of shipment for a full and prompt refund of the purchase price. To make a return, please email our customer service department at support@ to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions regarding return of the product. Along with the RMA instructions, WILLIAM ABRAHAM will email a prepaid shipping label for your return. Items being returned for a refund should be securely packed in the original box. Enclose the original packing slip with the items you are returning, and indicate the RMA number. We suggest that you make a copy of the packing slip for your records. Packages must be shipped via a traceable method such as UPS or insured parcel post (for your protection and to ensure prompt delivery). The original shipping and handling fees are not refundable. All returns will be credited to the original form of payment. Our return address is printed at the top of the packing slip for your convenience.
